Martus released some enhancements as of November 19! Here's the highlights:
- The ReportBuilder reports now show expenses as positive values, by default! There's a new section-level option to set Expenses as Negative. All templates have been updated to show expenses as positive. Existing reports are not updated automatically by this release, but users can update those reports individually to show expenses as positive values simply by opening the report and changing this section-level setting. Note:any formulas in the report should be reviewed and may need to be updated to properly calculate results.
- Martus admins know that setting the Last Closed Month is the one Martus action that needs to be performed each month. Now, you can also verify, set, and even update the default Dashboard budget at the same time, right there on the Setup>Calendar screen. Since the default Dashboard budget is the budget shown to non-admin users in the standard financial reports, setting this properly is key to ensuring that non-admins can get the information they need from those financial reports!
- In Personnel Budgeting, there's a new "Duplicate" button on the Edit Pay Type screen. This makes it easy to duplicate and then modify an existing pay type.
- Refer A Friend: Share Martus and earn up to $1500 with our referral program! Get $250 for every friend you refer who completes a demo, and an additional $1250 if they become a customer. Click the Refer a Friend link at the bottom of the menu or on the Support page to copy the your personal link and share Martus with others!
