Is Martus SOC 2 compliant?
Yes! Martus is SOC2 Type 2 compliant in both Security and Privacy. We undergo regular independent audits to maintain our status.

What happens if there is an outage?
In the event of an outage, Martus’s status page will be updated. Martus admins will be notified via email as well.

How does Martus protect my data?
Martus data is housed in Azure data centers and backed up regularly. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How often does Martus perform system maintenance?
Occasionally, infrastructure upgrades require short periods of downtime. Planned maintenance is scheduled for off-peak times to minimize disruption. Martus admins are notified in advance and downtime is kept to a minimum.

Does Martus offer SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for uptime?
Martus does not offer SLAs for availability; however, our average uptime is historically higher than 99.99% (less than 45 minutes of downtime yearly).

Can Martus restore my data if something is deleted?
Yes, Martus data is backed up on a 10-minute interval and those backups are maintained for 35 days. Martus Support can restore data if necessary.

How do I set up SSO?
